Gina D. Coggin
Ms. Coggin received her B.A. from the University of Alabama and her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. She practices in the area of civil litigation in both state and federal courts, with emphasis on employment law, workers' compensation, social security and personal injury.
Ms. Coggin is a member of the Etowah County Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Alabama Association for Justice, where she serves as a Sustaining member, past Chairman of the Executive Committee, member of the Legislative Committee, past Co-chair of the Workers' Compensation Legislative Committee, Workers' Compensation Section Chair and Board of Directors.
Ms. Coggin received the Sansone Service Award from Alabama Trail Lawyers Association in 2005 and has served as Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Alabama State Bar. She has also served as Chairman of various CLE Seminars and has frequently lectured on plaintiffs' issues to various organizations, including the Alabama Judicial College. Ms. Coggin has also received the honors of Top Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America.
Gina is married to Mark Price, an Associate Pastor at Gadsden Christian Fellowship and they have one daughter, Emily Ann. Gina and Mark often lead worship and teach at various events and conferences.
